Why this page exists
CodeAro delivers digital and development services rather than physical products. There is no courier to sign for and no warehouse to pick up from, so it is worth being explicit about what delivery means and when a project is considered finished.
This page sets out that definition plainly, so there is no argument later about whether something was actually delivered.
01 What Delivery Includes
CodeAro delivers digital and development services rather than physical products.
Project delivery may include website deployment, server deployment, source-code handover, credentials, application builds, repositories, files or access to a hosted platform depending on the agreed service.
02 When a Project Is Considered Delivered
A project is considered delivered when the agreed work has been substantially completed and made available for review, deployment or handover.
03 Conditional Final Handover
Final migration, publishing, handover, licence activation or credential transfer may be conditional on full payment of outstanding invoices.
04 What Can Extend the Timeline
Any delays caused by missing content, missing credentials, Client approvals, third-party providers or new requirements will extend the delivery timeline.
05 Client Review
Client review should be completed within a reasonable period after a milestone is submitted.
If a Client fails to respond for an extended period, CodeAro may place the project on hold.
