01 Hosting Provided by CodeAro
If hosting is supplied by CodeAro, hosting is provided subject to reasonable-use, security and technical limitations.
02 Suspension of Hosting
Hosting may be suspended in cases of non-payment, malware, illegal content, abuse, excessive resource consumption, spam, security threats or violation of third-party infrastructure policies.
03 Renewal Pricing
Hosting renewal charges may change due to upstream provider pricing, resource usage, licence costs, taxation or infrastructure requirements.
04 Expiry and Deletion
Failure to renew before expiry may result in suspension or deletion according to the applicable hosting environment.
05 Maintenance Is Not Automatic
Maintenance is not automatically included forever with development work.
Updates, redesigns, content entry, new features, plugin conflicts, server migrations and third-party compatibility work may require a paid maintenance agreement.
